2-year-old Toddler Program

Our Toddler program offers a social setting for children 2 years to two years 7 months when they begin their journey with us at preschool in the fall of each year. Our objective  is to  increase awareness and appreciation of self and others and create a positive self-concept. To build on positive socialization skills with peers and to learn more effective ways to interact with others. We guide children by helping to foster development of feelings of self-confidence and self worth and to encourage creativity in all areas of expression.

The curriculum touches upon the use of fine motor skills using manipulatives such as lacing, pasting, painting, pegboards, clay and play dough. We review basic colors and shapes, work on math readiness and pre reading skills with age appropriate materials. We sing, dance, exercise, play, and learn to be “mensches”. Our Jewish curriculum covers holidays, prayers, Shabbat, Hebrew, and so much more.

The program offers classes on Tuesday and Thursdays as well as Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The hours are from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. Early care is offered at 7:30 a.m. for families needing early drop off.
